We, NYC public school students, are all complaining about how we get notified if there’s a snow day at 5 AM while basically everybody else in the tri-state are already notified that they have a snow day…

Snow days are declared not based on how much snow falls, but how well it is removed. In New York we remove snow quite well (until as of late).
